‘THE FIGHTING ITALIAN’ ENTERS THE FAST FOOD RING.

The concept for 'The Fighting Italian' was born when we starting noticing that Italian-American culture was beginning to be overlooked across the nation, especially in California. So we wanted to remind people of the umatched contributions that Italian-Americans have made to this country, and we are doing it the best way Italians know how - with our food! 

For far too long, Italian-American food has been left sitting ringside while burgers, chicken, tacos and sandwiches battled it out for the fast food crown. And most of them are poor quality and overpriced.

Not anymore.

We're bringing vintage Italian-American home cooking into the fight - made fast, made fresh and made affordable. Most importantly made with the kind of high quality ingredients we grew up eating.

Because of  our Love of Country and Patriotism, 'The Fighting Italian' name and logo are a tribute to the vintage Italian - American fighting spirit, best represented by the men of the 'Greatest Generation', especially of Italian heritage, who not only fought valiantly inside the ring, but also outside it when they served our country proudly during WWII, by enlisting in the U.S. Military.
